Try Daniel Galvin, I know stylists that work there and I also have my hair done there, they are very proffessional and I notice that a lot of there clients are men.

I love Harrods and my hubby get his hair done there every 6 weeks and they are not that expensive.
I would also say try tony %26amp; guy i get my hair done there every 3 weeks and they give really advise and ideas
