Sister's wedding?

I am wondering how I should wear my hair. Here is a picture of the dress I am wearing: http://michelleandmark.blogspot.com... ...

It is going to be outside and like 70 some degrees. It is in Michigan so that is probably going to change... lol

I have these dark blue heart shaped earings I am going to wear and some black stilettos with a flower detail...

My hair is about mid way down my back so it's really long and its thick It's a medium brown... I'm short so the dress is kinda long on me ... it's like mid calf length... but will be about knee length when i'm done editing it lol (im making it into a bubble hem)...

Oh, with this dress should I wear like a long rhinestone and a long pearl necklace together or a tiffany heart necklace... or what kind of necklace.

Please include pictures of hair styles... and maybe how to do them... if it is intricate..

Sister's wedding?

I would wear your hair loose, down to your shoulders. But these may look nice too:

For the necklace, I think a short necklace would be good. The neckline is low so I don't think a long necklace would look as good as a short necklace - maybe a choker. I guess it depends on whether you want to accentuate the neckline (if not, go for short; if yes, then go for the long necklace).

Some information re: necklaces:

Choosing necklace

Selecting a necklace depends on the dress you are considering wearing. Also keep in mind your face shape and overall build when selecting a necklace, be it a string of pearls or a gold necklace with a diamond pendant. Downplay the necklace accessory if you have a bigger bust and neckline that you wish not to draw attention to.

* If you have a beautiful slender neck, set it off with a short necklace or a choker necklace. A collar necklace or choker necklace nestles snugly around the base of the neck and goes well with dresses that have wide necks, boat necks or off-shoulder necks. Silver necklace or gold interlock chain would go well with a business suit or a casual outfit. But women who are short must be careful with choker necklaces as they can shorten the appearance.

* The princess length necklace hangs over the collarbone and draws attention to the neckline of the dress. A pendant with such a gold necklace can be a perfect foil for a low neckline. A drop pearl pendant or solitaire can be matched to your outfit and earrings.

* Go dramatic with a long opera length. Alternately try interesting options with a long bead necklace or pearl necklace. Either wear it in its full length for an elegant and classic look. Transform it into a multi-layered necklace or even bracelet with attractive clasps. Bead necklaces that fall past the bust line elongates the overall effect.

Sister's wedding?

It's my sister's wedding but it's really all about ME%26lt;ME%26lt;ME......good grief!!

Sister's wedding?

Ask the bride and let her decide. If she doesn't care, I would say down, and pull the top back from your face.

Looking classic in the years to come ,Not dated weddings?

when i look at other peoples wedding photos years afterwards they all look so dated. since they went with the current fades and styles.

I always thought Grace Kelly seemed to have classic taste , not only for her wedding .....but in other attire she wore and that was 50 years ago.

I really don't want to look back 30 years from now and say what was i thinking . or worse have someone else say it.

I am not worried about it years from now and I will enjoy my wedding .... but I would like to avoid it as much as possiable. And yes it is inevitable it will happen .. but I would like to lessen the dated factor.

what do you belive are classics wedding things/dresses %26amp; hair styles .that never go out of style?

and if you have a what was a thinking story i would love to hear it.

Looking classic in the years to come ,Not dated weddings?

Today's fashion for strapless tight busts is going to embarrass many people in a few years. These "lady in the bathtub" dresses will be laughable to your children.

A sash or waistband of bright silk will scream 2006, the way see-through fabric back %26amp; shoulders screams 1995.

Simple is best. Jewel neckline, plain pearls. Look at photos from Carolyn Besset %26amp; what's his name Kennedy for a good idea of modern classic.

Looking classic in the years to come ,Not dated weddings?

If you listen to any older woman, they all seem to find the strapless dresses so tasteless, as they were much more covered (esp in church) when they were getting married. Strapless is a style I think will go out in time. If you're trying to look timeless, I'd go for simple--often times its the lace and beading that dates a dress.

Looking classic in the years to come ,Not dated weddings?

A simple dress with a princess seamed bodice, modest v neckline, and a moderately bell-shaped skirt will always look classy. An empire waisted dress has been a flattering choice since the 14th century! Keep your hair and makeup simple.

When in doubt, collect pictures of dresses, hairstyles, and make up looks that you think are timeless. Bring these to the dress shop, hair dresser, etc.

Good luck!

Looking classic in the years to come ,Not dated weddings?

Get some old magazines and look at the photos of Grace Kelly and jackie O. on the wedding day for ideas. Plain white dress with a veil is never dated.

Looking classic in the years to come ,Not dated weddings?

I believe that trends are too risque to wear when we are talking about pictures that you will show forever.

Also, some couples want to reflect who they are and some make the mistake to reflect certain acquired taste on their wedding,..I'm sure the will be sorry years later.

Gothic weddings. No one remains Gothic forever

Camouflage or any print weddings. Embarrassing

Dress trends: the puffy sleeves, the endless train, pick-up styles, heavy beading etc. are trends that are better forgotten and they will look dated not long from now.

A tiara and a choke necklace are something to regret for years to come. Wish someone would have tell you then that you look ridiculous and that is just not cute to wear a crown if you are over 5 years old.

Always try to find timeless, classic pieces. When I picked up my wedding dress I ask my self if I would still look current 10, 20 years from now.

Good luck

Looking classic in the years to come ,Not dated weddings?

Classic wedding gowns should be anything but STRAPLESS ugh I hate those dresses. Go with something timeless. Use simple materials and timeless accessories. Wear your hair in a timeless style. I hate pin ups! All of my friends wore strapless dresses with the same UGLY prom pin up hair. Everybody looks the same. Also try black and white photos and very classic make up. I've also seen some scary stuff out there.

Looking classic in the years to come ,Not dated weddings?

some classic dresses are designed by Reem Acra and Anne Barge, they tend to have delicate detailing. Full skirts (but no overly full) and are made with classic beutiful materials like a duchess silk satin. A classic neckline with thin straps and a sqared or scooped neck.

Hair I think a classic chighon (*sp*), french twist never goes out of style, no tiaras, no overtly noticable jewlwery.

Decor sticking with classic ivories, cream and taupes will never look dated. Flowers of roses, lillies, peonies. think classic english garden.

And of course, candles never go out of style.

Looking classic in the years to come ,Not dated weddings?

If you dont want to date yourself, simple and understated is always better. A dress with clean lines and minimal or no decoration. Also some colors might be trendy. I know my mother always laughs that she chose hot pink for her bridesmaids. A lot of brides on here are using red, which I dont particularly like but find interesting.

I have to disagree with the other posters on strapless dresses, though. It may be a trend, but I really like them. There are styles that you look back on and laugh, and there are styles you look back on and can appreciate for what they were.

I used to sit around with my Great Aunt and she would get out her photos albums and go on about the styles and the things she had in the 20s and the depression. Listening to her stories I learned to appreciate those styles.

Looking classic in the years to come ,Not dated weddings?

i am so glad you brought this up. the classic colors for a wedding are white for bride black tie for groom. and neutral colors for attendants. and non-obtrusive flowers. the trend for 'color theme and combinations' is going to lead to a lot of silly looking photos in years to come. vera wang creates classic bridal gowns. the hair is what goes best with the gown. the trick is what you hit on, dont give in to fads. that is, wild colors, sashes in contrasting colors, bridesmaid dresses that are too overwhelming, flowers that are not right for a wedding, calla lillies come to mind, and, colors that have no place at a formal affiar, the combo of pink and orange especially offend. blue and brown are popular right now, but brown is not a great color on anyone. aqua is another deadly color. peach and aqua will look hideous a couple years from now. it is a question not only of good taste but of course experience with what works. look at fine wedding dresses and pix of fine weddings. there is usually a lot of experience and good taste that create those events. usually simple tends to be better.

Looking classic in the years to come ,Not dated weddings?

At my brother's wedding last summer, they gathered wedding pictures from friends and family and posted them near the entrance to the reception. It was hilarious! The "best" one was my sil's mom's wedding. They all wore mustard-yellow velvet dresses with huge matching bows on the tops of their heads! It was the funniest thing I'd ever seen!

If you want to keep a classic look, keep it simple. Think classy and understated. A nice updo, dress without anything too telling of the times, pearls or diamond jewelry, and ask members of the wedding party not to wear glasses. It may seem funny but nothing dates a photo faster than eyeglasses! Also, stick with warm jewel tones and avoid trendy color combos like lime green and blue, pink and brown, etc.

Looking classic in the years to come ,Not dated weddings?

A strapless dress and anything with that new pick up skirt style will instantly date the photos. Keep the hair simple and don't have anything dangling or tons of curls.

Looking classic in the years to come ,Not dated weddings?

Hi. Wow. This is an interesting question and one that has not been asked.

To be honest...I, too, LOVE the "earlier" look of wedding...1940s...1950....it was just "elegant." That is the only word I can think of to describe it.

It's because of styles that date peoples weddings. I was married in the 1970s...personally I think my dress could still be worn today...it was elegant and simple. Now the guys....think colored (burgundy?) tuxes!! Yikes! But that was the 70s. My sisters were married in the 80s and you can tell...big GAUDY dresses with all sorts of beads on them...and then they had those veils?? Look at pictures....they went across your FOREHEAD...I can't even describe it here...but if you see pictures...you will definitely know it was 80s.

Now...ALL the girls have strapless gowns and tiaras....That will be dated in years too...I think you will be able to look back on the pictures and know when it was...but, hey, it's all about the style...so you just go with it!

To answer your question...I think simple elegant (not poofy) gowns and a real simple veil (or simply hair done up) will NEVER go out of style. Just an elegant look even with the very simple "destination" type gowns and maybe your hair done some up/some down with some flowers in it also looks nice and will not be dated.

Looking classic in the years to come ,Not dated weddings?

We can only guess but here's what I see constantly as trends in my work and I'm pretty sure will be the dating factors:

*Gathered skirts (aka pickup skirts) or the ones with a crapload of ruffles. Say hello the the poofy sleeves or headband veils for the 2000's.

I mean, if you want to go historically the white dress is a "trend". Before Queen Elizabeth wore white on her wedding day brides used any color they wanted. I think it's very freeing and I don't see that trend fading. Probably the super long sashes with giant bows but not color in general.

Strapless dresses probably are a trend but good like trying to find one with sleeves. I've been searching for about a year and you either have strapless or you end up with a serious grandma dress. (shapeless, puffy, enough lace so it looks like you tripped and fell in the trim bin at the fabric store) I'm looking into having mine custom made or will end up buying a bolero jacket for a store-bought one.

*black, white, and red. Pretty much red in general and especially the blood red. That doesn't mean you can't use red.

*tiffany blue and brown

*the "submerged" flower look where the blooms are under water...especially with candles floating on top

*personalized M%26amp;M

*"Mad Hatter" wedding cakes with the tapered tiers stacked kind of tilted

*Most importantly make sure you have untouched orginals along with any special effects on your photos. I can't tell you how many brides are stuck with those fuzzy edged oval photos, or worse the 70s shots where the ghost picture of their profile or something is put in the background.

Desperatly need hair help!?

I'm getting married in 2 weeks. My girls and I are all getting our hair done at the same place, and I'm paying. My treat for them. It's 1940s style wedding, so we want them to match. (I'm saying all this for the people I know will say they don't have to match and to let them pick themselves) We're in agreement here, but we don't know what style to choose! It has to be 40s, but they still want to look pretty so no crazy huge pompadours...something simple classic elegant and gorgeous. Thanks!

http://shop.nordstrom.com/S/2911185/0~23...

as far as shoes, ive been looking at various sites and it would be best if you had the actual dress with you so you could match them correctly but im thinking maybe something in gold tones and you could go to the mall to one of the make up counters and show them your dress and ask them to do your make up to coordinate. theyll usually do it for free and then you can buy the stuff they use for the day of the wedding. macys or dillards will usually do this. all the best =) oh or sephora, you can ask one of the employees to help you out, i didnt want to pick out make up and it not fit your complexion.

You sure can with Mary Kay. I would be happy to provide you any information if you are interested. I just came from hearing a Sales Director that makes 36,000 a MONTH !!! What are some jobs that make 50k+ a year?

I love it when I hear a multi-level marketer, talk about the 2nd or 3rd or 4th organization that he belongs to bringing them "Financial Freedom" If all the legal Pyramid schems work so well, why are you on your multiple one?

Want a job making 50K. Go into sales. Work hard, be consistent, set daily goals, and you can achieve anything. There are no shortcuts on the road to financial freedom, just hard work, and growing your skill base.

What are some jobs that make 50k+ a year?

Same old problem, growing hair out and getting sick of it!!?

Hey there,

Im 23 and engaged. I used to have REALLY long hair and about 5 yrs ago I cut it all off and had that short pixie look. For the last 2 yrs Ive been growing it out and now Im trying to get it to Mid-back length for my wedding. Everybody always says I look great with long hair but now I face the same old delema again.... its annoying the crap out of me!!! And Im getting tempted to cut it all off again but I just know Ill regret it!

The only time I have a good hair day is when I actually manage to blowdry and straighten it to perfection (I normally do this at night to save morning time). But if it doesnt look flawless (with LOTS of effort) I just feel sooooo terrible and those are the days I just wanna lop it all off!!! My fiancee always tells me my hair is gorgeous every day no matter how its styled and he REALLY loves my long hair.

Any girls out there that get utterly depressed with ur long hair?... I need moral support so I dont lop it off!!

Same old problem, growing hair out and getting sick of it!!?

oh my god, i am in the same boat. Somedays I want to chop it off. DOnt do it though. especailly for your wedding. wait a while longer like after your wedding and take it form there.

Same old problem, growing hair out and getting sick of it!!?

Only Thing i wanna say is for boys ... Girl LOOK AWSOME if they LONG HAIR

Same old problem, growing hair out and getting sick of it!!?

the choice is ultimatly up to you, not your friends or your fiance. I know how you are feeling. i cut my hair off and i want it back badly... after 2 years of growing it you have put a lot of time into it and you may regret cutting it..... i know i did. but like i said, its up to you.... but think, if you grow it out there are so many more style possibilities at your wedding.

Same old problem, growing hair out and getting sick of it!!?

Absolutely! I used to have really long hair (im 15). I chopped it all off a couple months ago and now im in that painful stage of growing it out. when im pissed off with my hair i put it into a messy bun. Its frusturating and a lot of times i want to get a really cute short cut, but then im like wait you know your going to regret this tomorrow. Just thought i'd share my sympathy. Well good luck with everything, and i hope your hair grows quickly!

enjoy your summer =)

Same old problem, growing hair out and getting sick of it!!?

I HAVE REALLY LONG HAIR IT IS PAST MY BUTT AND I WENT TO A SALON AND HAD THEM TO SHOW MY HOW TO DO SOME CUTE UP DO'S FOR THE SUMMER MONTHS THEY DIDN'T CHARGE MUCH AND GAVE ME SOME REALLY CUTE IDEAS. I WOULD NEVER THINK OF CUTTING MY HAIR NOT ONLY BECAUSE I LOVE IT BUT BECAUSE MY HUSBAND LOVES IT AND I WANT TO DO EVERY THING THAT I CAN TO MAKE HIM HAPPY

Same old problem, growing hair out and getting sick of it!!?

I am also in the process of growing my hair. It's a little past my shoulders now. It gets soooo frustrating, because I hate my hair this length. I either like it short, or really long. Everytime you want to cut it, just promise you wont until you think about it for 2 weeks. This is a website that helped me a lot in trying to grow my hair and keep it healthy

http://www.longhaircommunity.com/

Same old problem, growing hair out and getting sick of it!!?

im 23 and did exactly the same thing.. its like a disease, you cant help but want to cut it off, cos short hair is sooo much easier to style and manage. When your hair just looks crap it makes the urge all the more powerful!! perhaps you could go get it chemically straightened, so you dont have to blowdry it everyday in order to have great hair everyday. if YOU want it long for your wedding, be persistant and patient. If your having a bad hair day tie your hair up or wear a scarf or bandana over your hair like 50's style, take sections of hair and twist them back and hold into place with bobbypins, my hair is at the stage where not all of it goes back into a ponytail so i tie it back while its wet and spray abit of hairspray in it to hold it in place and of i go, then when i get home i brush it out blow dry the kinks out and its ready for the next day.

On your wedding day you will look good no matter the length of your hair!!!

Same old problem, growing hair out and getting sick of it!!?

Before I tell you this story, I know you stated you wanted moral support. No matter what anybody says this is your decision in what makes you feel the best.

I am married to one of those guys that love long hair. I at times have felt the same way you do. When my daughter started to get older she wanted so bad to cut her hair as I did. Her farther would not let her.

I finally saw something about Locks of Love. Locks of Love is a public non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children under age 18 suffering from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis.

With this knowledge of how much our long hair would help someone, my daughter and I cut our hair. My husband loved the idea of this. So we grow it long and keep it for awhile then cut it. That way we get to enjoy long and short hair. The Best part is the giving.

We only cut our hair on a full moon, for trust me, it grows back a lot faster.

In the end you need to decide what to do and what makes you happy. If you do cut it donate it please. Long hair is beautiful, I know. I also know the pain of keeping it maintained. Good luck with what you decide.

Same old problem, growing hair out and getting sick of it!!?

I'm in the same boat as you honey, and I don't even have a wedding as motivation to keep me from chopping it again. If I were you though, I'd put in extensions for a while until it got to the length you wanted it on its own.

Same old problem, growing hair out and getting sick of it!!?

I totally feel your pain. I am in the same place. I have had short hair most of my adult life. I recently started growing my hair out and it is annoying the hell-o outta me. The one thing that stops me from cutting it of is looking at a really good picture of myself with it long. If you have one, keep it handy. When you start to feel like cutting it, look at the pic. This helps me soooo much.

I'm a bridesmaid in a theme wedding...?

My friend is having a medevial/renecance themed wedding in Oct. which will be outdoors. Since I'm a bridemaid, I've been trying to figure out how I should do my hair. I have about shoulder length hair that has a choppy/feathered style to it. It is naturally wavy, but can easily go straight or curly. Any suggestions?

I'm a bridesmaid in a theme wedding...?

A braid, with ribbons in it (if you can). Here are some interesting links. The last link has some beautiful medieval style hair.

I'm a bridesmaid in a theme wedding...?

Curls would be better to disguise the feathering. In fact that should be REALLY cute.

I'm a bridesmaid in a theme wedding...?

Check this website out... I saw some really cool hairstyles on there... I think you hair should be long enough...

http://www.dcn.davis.ca.us/~klsabin/doub...

I'm a bridesmaid in a theme wedding...?

Medieval hairstyles seem to lean more toward half braided, or braided/bun looks. If you can braid the upper half of your hair and tie it back with ribbons to match your dress it would look lovely, or do a side french braid (sounds much harder than it is) to get all the choppy layers up.

I'm a bridesmaid in a theme wedding...?

FIRST!!! Ask the bride if she has a preference. ( some brides like all of the maids to have matching or coordinating styles)That is the most important thing. Then look at rennasaince pics online and see if there is anything that would work. There are tons of styles that you can go with.

Wedding day makeup?

I need opinions on the perfect wedding day makeup. The best colors for my complexion and hair color.

complexion: light (a little darker than the ivory colored base)

eyes: blue/green depending on what color i wear

hair color: light reddish brown (natural)

I need advice. Because i have no idea, and i can't afford a professional makeup artist. what colors and styles would be the best for my wedding day????

Wedding day makeup?

I am a makeup artist and i here are some steps for you to help you with your special day. Also you can use any type of makeup that you like and since you say you have oily skin, grab the makeup that helps fight oily skin.

How to Adapt Your Makeup for Your Wedding Day

Your every blush, smile and kiss will be recorded on film, so your bridal makeup needs to be picture perfect. It should cover any imperfections and highlight your features, while appearing subtle and pretty. Venue and event time play key roles; you'll want to adjust your makeup for day or evening and for indoor or outdoor lighting.

Steps:

1. Flip through bridal magazines and search for pictures that capture your ideal bridal look. Keep these pictures on hand for guidance.

2. Consider having your makeup done professionally. If you decide to do it yourself, have a free professional makeover before the wedding and ask for detailed instructions on how to achieve your desired look.

3. Choose the most lightweight foundation possible while still getting the coverage you need because heavier foundations will look more obvious.

4. Wear waterproof eye makeup so that tears of joy or the heat of summer don't make for streaks or smears.

5. Use various shades of shadow to add definition to your eyes, then add a hit of liner for drama. Resist the temptation to go for bold lines, bright colors or glitter, unless that's your usual look.

6. Curl lashes for length and definition but skip the false eyelashes. You don't want to risk having them peel off or rotate throughout the day.

7. Stick to a soft and delicate tone for lipstick, as bold or dark colors might be overpowering. Remember to match the hues in your blush to those in your lipstick.

8. Contour your face with blush or bronzer, even if it's not part of your daily routine. It will give your skin a healthy glow and subtly define your features.

Tips:

Pluck your eyebrows or have them waxed the day before your wedding. If you or a makeup artist play with them the morning of the wedding, they might appear red or blotchy in your pictures.

Consider a lipstick that has staying power. All those kisses and sips of Champagne will leave you little time to reapply.

Opt for a foundation that contains sunscreen if you plan to have an outdoor wedding.

Or go for the natural look. Make sure u do a mask 1 a week. Keep it mositurerized.

------------------------------...

Apply Makeup to Achieve a Natural Look

This system of applying makeup for a natural look is fast and easy.

Steps:

1. Understand that a 'natural' look is one that uses colors that are right for your skin tone. How much you use, and where, depends on your personal style.

2. Make sure your concealer is yellow in tone since it mutes imperfections without adding color, giving your skin a natural look.

3. Apply foundation that matches your skin tone. The right foundation will seem to disappear on your face. If you are African-American, it's a good idea to have light, medium and dark shades of your foundation to allow for different gradations of color on different parts of your face.

4. Apply eye makeup in earthy tones'beige, brown, gold or plum for shadows and brown and charcoal gray for liner and mascara. Skip liner or shadow entirely if you want to keep makeup light.

5. Choose a blush color that is close to the color of your cheeks after you've exercised.

Tips:

Choose brighter or darker tones for a stronger, more made-up look.

Intensify your natural makeup for evening. Instead of brown, for example, go for charcoal around the eyes. 'Pop' blush with a brighter color over your usual one. Make lips brighter, darker or more shimmery.

Warnings:

Don't skimp on makeup tools. Better tools make applying makeup easier and faster.

Hope that helps.

Wedding day makeup?

the best advice my pro gave me was dont change the way you normally wear your makeup. if you change it, when you look back at your pictures you wont look like yourself. so pretty much wear what you normally wear but maybe go a little bit more dramatic.

Wedding day makeup?

You should go with nuetral tones on your eyes, lips should be soft looking, no harsh reds. In my opinion you should highlight your best facial feature while remaining soft and fimanine.

Wedding day makeup?

Either go to any hair salon and ask the hairdressers' opinions (cuz they do beauty every single day...) or your own hairdresser, or set a day aside to go out with your best friend and experiment with different makeup techniques/products. You have a really pretty complexion, so I don't think you'll have to really go all out with the makeup. Congrats, by the way!

Make-up for Fair Skin

If you閳ユ獧e fair-skinned, sheer colours look best on you. Apply light earth tones and soft pastels, such as blue and lavender to accent your eyes.

Various shades of pink will look good on your eyes, cheeks and lips. Keep your mascara to brown or brown/black. Light, sheer lipstick adds a finishing touch. Peach is always a good choice for our fair-skinned friends, it looks natural and compliments your skin colour.

Wedding day makeup?

First you need to determine your skin tone - either warm or cool. It's sounds like you have a warm skin tone but here's how to check:

Warm skin tone:

1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear green.

2. Gold jewelry is more flattering than silver jewelry.

Cool skin tone:

1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear blue.

2. Silver jewelry is more flattering.

Then you can decide on a color palette. For a wedding you will want neutral, classic makeup. If you are going to have black %26amp; white photos taken make sure the colors you select will look good in them.

After you've narrowed down your color choices, have a friend take photos of you in a 2-3 different looks in different light settings so you can check out how well each one photographs.

My first suggestion would a slightly, shimmering champagne eye shadow w/ black eyeliner. I'm not quite sure what shades or pink or red will complement your reddish brown hair.

Here's an article on testing %26amp; finding the right lipstick: http://www.wikihow.com/Buy-Lipstick

As for your fingernails, I recommend Essie's Sugar Daddy - it's a really beautiful sheer pink that will look classic and elegant. This shade just makes one's nails look healthy %26amp; perfect. For your toes, you can choose a deeper pink or you can go neutral. Essie's Buy Me a Cameo is a shimmery, pearlescent taupe that is neutral but not boring.

Wedding day makeup?

Go with natural looking colors try a light pink gloss only if you don't have red undertones if you do then just get a lip liner the same color as your lips just to enhance the color and go over with clear gloss. For your foundation use the mousse make up from Maybelline try to use a light bronzer over your nose and cheek bones lightly just so that you don't look dead and have some color for your eyes don't use liner unless you really want to and try to use a lighter color (Pearl) on the bottom of your brow and on the inner corner of your eye and then just get a color that you think pulls all the colors inn remember the focus of people is always on the eyes first

Proper step-mother wedding attire for an October wedding....?

I am a dress size zero, 5ft6in, slim/athletic/toned build.

I would like wedding attire that is form fitting, but not too tight. I would also like to keep it modest by covering my legs at least down to just below my calves.

Please, also, any suggestions for dress color, style, hand bags and shoes.

Hair: dark, rich-chocolate brown, naturally wavy and shoulder length, but will reach just to my breast bone by the day of the wedding.

Destination: Florida, maybe Boca, or somewhere along the Atlantic in FL.

Only serious and creative suggestions welcomed. Kindly press ENTER if you feel the urge to criticize.

Thanks.

Proper step-mother wedding attire for an October wedding....?

When you are out shopping, there's a section for Mothers of the bride, check there. If you do not know the color of the wedding ask and try to blend with it.The bride is the only one that is suppose to stand out---therefore white.I would assume your husband will be walking her down the aisle--match his color just the palest shade of it.Tea length is the length you are after.Good choice.Good luck on the search......

Proper step-mother wedding attire for an October wedding....?

The only proper attire for ANY step-mother would be an invisible cloak

Proper step-mother wedding attire for an October wedding....?

If you are a member of the wedding party, let the bridesmaids dresses and the brides color theme for the reception and her flowers make your descion for you. Find a color that coordinates, but doesn't match. If you are on speaking terms with the Mother, ask what she is wearing, and do not wear that.

If you are not a member of the wedding party, wear what you want, let the weather and the time of day and the season tell you what to buy. For instance, if step daughter has chosen fall colors, and you look great in bronze, and the brides Mom isn't wearing that, pick that.

Brown is really in right now, a chocolate dress, with a darker bag and shoes would be great for a fall wedding. Beige and champange would look great on you, too, and would work with the beach destination. Blue and brown are in, also, it would work for a beach wedding. Go with a matching purse and shoes if you go with a neutral color.

I noticed that dresses are plain and monotone this year, lots of bodice wrapping, some empire style, with a cross over bodice v-neck and a wide band above the waist. You're small, you can wear almost anything with your dark hair and size. Take the bride with you to choose, if you can, if you have that kind of a relationship with her.

Congrats to the happy couple.

Proper step-mother wedding attire for an October wedding....?

I think the "smart" and proper thing to do would be to take the bride with you and shop for a dress together. That way when you are complimented on your attire you can graciously thank the person and let them know that it was something you and the bride chose together. This way it will elleviate any issues your husband's ex may have with your attire if any.

Good luck!

Proper step-mother wedding attire for an October wedding....?

Just a nice dress will be fine as long as it is not white or off white. Usually the mother or step mother of the bride will wear blue because they are gaining a son and the mother of the groom will wear pink because they are gaining a daughter. But, it really won't matter what color you wear as long as it's not white or off white.

Hope this helps some.

Products and suggestions for hair growth?

I went to get my hair cut yesterday, showing the stylist a layered, shoulder length style in a magazine that I loved. I specifically said, "I want this, but I want to keep my length." Well, long story short, she misunderstood and a second before I realized what she was doing, 8 inches of hair was cut off. I haven't had shoulder length hair since I was 12 and I'm used to loooong big hair like Eva Mendes. I'm soooo unhappy! and I'm a bridesmaid in a wedding in about 3 weeks. My hair already grows really fast- just over an inch a month- but I want to try a product that may speed this up. Even another inch would make me feel better!

Thanks!!!

Prenatal Vitamins

Products and suggestions for hair growth?

You can't take anything or do anything to make your hair grow faster than its genetically programmed to grow (except maybe get pregnant lol but dont do that just to have longer hair)..

Vitamins with biotin like GNC sells claim to promote 'healthy hair growth', but thats about it. Anything that you buy that claims to grow hair is just a scam. Jojoba oil on your scalp and vitamins will help the hair you do grow out grow out healthy and stronger than before, but nothing till make your hair grow faster.

Ok i have curly/kinky hair.?

But i straighten it everyday. im goin to my bros wedding. and i need to curl my hair. its cut in many layers to look scene. is there anyway i can style it to look cute for a wedding or something? without looking too wild?

Ok i have curly/kinky hair.?

so why cant you curl it?

if it has layers i think that will just look even better.

if its not working why don't you go to the hairdressers and talk to them?

maybe you can curl it and pin some of it back with some really pretty clips?

Ok i have curly/kinky hair.?

If you have really choppy short layers maybe you could pin them back and have a half up half down look? You could just have your natural curls, or you could straighten your hair and then curl it

It's a week till my wedding and I need help finding a hairstlye I like.?

My sister in law has really straight hair and she had her hair half up and half down with curls around. If you're doing this yourself or with the help of a friend, here are some tips.

Lots of product is the key for straight hair and hot rollers.

Let your hair air dry until it's 50% dry then put a heavy duty gel on and blow dry, don't straighten as you dry just kind of 'scrunch' it.

Once dry spray with some hairspray, nothing too powerful, and then put in the hot rollers, spray again and let dry. Stay in the rollers until they are cool.

Then style the curls into how you like them, using bobby pins and hairpins, 'teasing' or 'back combing' is essential too for straight hair.

After your hair is right when you like it....hold your breath....get out the heavy duty freeze spray. Don't hold too close to your head or you will cause moisture and that will kill your curls.

Good Luck and Best Wishes!!!!

Why not leave it to the professionals? Go to a salon and they will work their magic on you. The way you describe the cut, I just don't get a good picture in my head....or maybe it's not the way you describe it but the way I see it.

Anyway, you can go to a beauty school where the girls are usually pretty good....slow but good..and cheap. ($32 at the Aveda salon/school where I go)

Or to a regular salon and pay about $50-$100

if you have shorter hair, or want a flat ironed look, theni would suggest something like this http://www.wigsandpieces.com/type/hairPi... or really straight like this http://www.hollywoodtuna.com/images/avri... with a nce side part, and side bangs, or a poof like the other pic, hope I could be of some help!

Beuty tips?

it really depends on what look u wanna project with the sari...if u wrapping it in a way so as to give a western look, then i think long hair cut in layers is the ultimate...whereas if u are trying to be traditional by wrapping the sari like the ladies do, a good hair knot, which can be professionally done in parlours, would look good,...these days they give really nice messed hair look, not like those tight, high knots that aunts get

Do men like short hair on women?

I have pretty short hair and I have always turned enough heads, but now that I am soon to be single... I wonder if I will be able to get dates. I look a bit like Hilary Swank (I am not bragging, I have been stopped by strangers and told this quite often, even when visiting NYC). I am a hair stylist and I just prefer my short sassy style.

Also, if I grow my hair I wouldn't be doing it for ME. Isn't that something to consider!?

P.S. I grew my hair ONCE (for my wedding and everyone hated it, including my husband!).

Do men like short hair on women?

If you have the face that works well with short hair, stay with it.

On the other hand, if you are soon to be single and want to try out a different style, this would be a good time to do so - it will assert your new independence and allow you new avenues of expression.

Personally, I find long hair attractive, but there have been quite a few women with short hair (or bald) that have definitely turned me on!

Do men like short hair on women?

Ya short hair can be cute on the right girl.

Do men like short hair on women?

sweetie if you dont like it that dont grow it out. simple enough.

Do men like short hair on women?

do what you like.....for yourself....they like you for you....short is sexy....mine is long....but i like mine long....and i do it for me...nobody else...

Do men like short hair on women?

just depends on the person. If you like it, we like it. We as men don't really put alot of stock in yall's hair style, sorry.

Do men like short hair on women?

I think men prefer longer hair

Do men like short hair on women?

Not really

Do men like short hair on women?

Short hair on a woman is nice. Dont even worry about it.

Do men like short hair on women?

Beauty lies in the eyes of beholder

by the way, small face : small hair

Do men like short hair on women?

i just think a really beautiful woman would look good no matter what the length of her hair is.

Do men like short hair on women?

alot of girls have short hair and still look good as lng as you keep it done

Do men like short hair on women?

Yes, they do.

Do men like short hair on women?

I cut my hair short and my boyfriends loved it.

Do men like short hair on women?

It really depends on your face....they are a lot of women who look hot with short hair. But you have to have the right face for it. But if you have a nice face more power to ya, you are braver than most of us.

Do men like short hair on women?

I am with you girl!! I keep my hair on the short side... It shows confidence which is sexy to most men!

Do men like short hair on women?

I love short hair on women... do what makes YOU happy and feel attractive!

Do men like short hair on women?

I would say do what you want. but everyone has always told me that they like my hair long. I personally keep my hair long because it is easier to manage for me.

Do men like short hair on women?

It's all dependent on the person really. There are girls I've met that have awesome long hair, then there are girls that look better with short. Sounds like you look better with short hair, so stick with it. As long as you don't look like a guy I think you'll be ok.

Do men like short hair on women?

I much prefer long hair, but some, maybe even a few, women can pull off short hair. I'll still look at long hair first.

Do men like short hair on women?

if you like your look keep it. by the way, most men aren't set in there ways about woman so you could probably make them change their minds anyway

Do men like short hair on women?

If it looks good on them, short hair is good.

Do men like short hair on women?

some do and some don't my old man loves my long hair ... i got a small trim and he was all upset...

Do men like short hair on women?

You should know being a hairdresser that how good the hair looks depends on the shape of a persons face.

leave it short if that is what you like, dont change for anyone.

Do men like short hair on women?

i like girls but i like longer hair on boys umm kindof like not shaggy but not buzz cut either!! even though i dont like girls longer hair is the way mine is.

Do men like short hair on women?

It all depends on the man. Some like it short and others like it long. My man likes my hair long, he has something to pull

Do men like short hair on women?

Simple truth... Men don't care about your hair. They care about how you look.. if you look good with short hair.. they like you.. if you look good with long hair.. they like you.

some might be confused as you change styles as they have one idea about you now.. and then later a diffrent.. but don't expect them to care much beyond the.. "darn she is hot" factor.

So given that.. do what you think is a good style.. and makes you look the hotest.

Do men like short hair on women?

in most of the cases guys don't like short hairs on women .

Do men like short hair on women?

i agree with sshazzam if it's on the right girl send me a pic and i'll judge

Do men like short hair on women?

just remember they like ANYTHING if yu are SEXY!

Do men like short hair on women?

I have seen very cute girls with short hair and its not for everyone. I would love to see a picture of you if you really look like you say you do.

Do men like short hair on women?

I like long hair. Short hair is cute sometimes but it always reminds me of a preachy feminist.

Up-do or short style on your wedding day?

should i leave my hair long and put it in an updo for my wedding or should i get it cut short (but not too short) i've had short hair before but i don't know what would look better....

pictures would be awesome! :)

Up-do or short style on your wedding day?

You can do whatever you want. Short hair can be dressed up with ribbons, hair ornaments etc. Updos are another option.

You can also wear your long hair down. This is what I'm doing. My hair is already long, but I might get (human hair not the tacky cheap kind) extensions. I'll have long blond curls down to my butt!

The key is that you want to look like YOU in your wedding pics, and you don't want to rush into anything you might regret. Have a vision, think it over, and go with your gut. If that is short hair, I say go for it, but make sure you go to a respected stylist who will help you get the exact look you want. They should already have some styles in mind for your big day before they even pick up the scissors.

If you are unsure, play around with updos and leaving your hair down to see what you like. Most stylists can do wedding trials for a decent price.

Lastly, you can always try a short cut after the wedding, or get extensions as a backup in case you change your mind.

Good luck and remember to have fun!

Up-do or short style on your wedding day?

oooh how exciting! i'm not sure if i would risk cutting my hair before my wedding in case it doesn't turn out good... unless you have a very trusty hairdresser. i think long hair in an updo with the veil looks absolutely gorgeous... but either way i'm sure you will look beautiful because you are getting married!

Up-do or short style on your wedding day?

Keep your hair medium length so you can go either way. I have been growing my hair long and am going to wear my hair half and half. Here is a website to the company that will be doing my hair. There are pictures of girls before and after so you can see the length of their hair to get a good idea. Good Luck!

Up-do or short style on your wedding day?

this is an exciting time for you. congratulations! well, it's really a personal choice. but i've always preferred an updo because it's a classic and will look good in pictures 10 or 20 years from now. but it really depends on what you're comfortable in. you can experiment and see what looks best in your wedding gown. best wishes and good luck : )

Up-do or short style on your wedding day?

Do you look better with your hair up pulled off your face or with it down? If you look your most stunning with your hair down the last thing you want to do is wear it up and look less than your most atrractive.

Up-do or short style on your wedding day?

Have a hair trial and see what the stylist does, then try your dress on with your hair up, some dresses look great with up-do's and others look better with hair down. I had my hair cut short in January, much to the horror of some people who say brides should have long hair, but it was the best thing I could have done. If you have it mid-length then you can still have it up if you choose, or get it cut short after the wedding.

Up-do or short style on your wedding day?

i plan on leaving my hair long.. i think i might try some "maid marian" look

have it long in the back and have the sides wrapped up with flowers in my hair and a veil thingy

Up-do or short style on your wedding day?

on one of those wedding shows i watched recently, they said to wear your hair the way you normally do. the same for make up. so if you usually wear your hair down, than do that. you are not supposed to look different just cause it is your wedding day.

Up-do or short style on your wedding day?

I think long hair in an updo is the ultimate look for a bride. Hair swept away from the face.. very chic, always in style.

Up-do or short style on your wedding day?

There is no reason to look different on your wedding ... you want your guests to be able to recognize you. If you have long hair that you usually wear down, dress it up with some curls and a few flowers. If your hair is usually up, then an up-do isn't a bad choice. No reason to cut your hair for the wedding ... especially since you might not like it in the end and wouldn't have time to grow it back.

Hair stlyes using accessories?

I have long hair, and I need to find a way to style it for a wedding I'll be attending as a guest. Does any one know a way I can do my hair up using a hair slide/facinator type thing which has feathers on it, I need websites with pictures and steps on how to do it?

Hair stlyes using accessories?

You can have it in a ball or something like that and like have some rhinestones put in there like they will use hair glue to put them in there and jus take th e rhinestones off then wash your hair to get the hair glue out

Hair stlyes using accessories?

What about a frech hair bun.

It楹搒 called frech hair bun and you can make it with a french hair twister.

Good luck!

It's a week till my wedding and I need help finding a hairstlye I like.?

It's a week till my wedding and I need help finding a hairstlye I like.?

well... how long is ur hair, if it's really long, then just put it in a half ponytail, and curl the hair that's hanging down, if ur hair doesn't curl well, then put a headband in ur hair (make sure it matches. lol.) and leave ur hair down.

Updo for long, curly, thick hair?

I'm going to be a bridesmaid in a wedding so I need a good updo that can last all day. The problem is that I have thick, long hair, so when I have it up for more than a couple of hours it can get very heavy and give me a headache. Updos that put the bulk of the hair right on top of my head won't work so I need an updo where the bulk of my hair will be in the back, or low in the back of my head (down near my neck). Anyone have any suggestions for me?

Pictures and websites would be great, but please don't suggest websites for just long hair, I need styles for long, thick hair. Also, since my hair is naturally curly, I can either use my natural curls, straighten it, or straighten then curl with a curling iron. Thanks for the help!

Updo for long, curly, thick hair?

i think you could have it in a bun at the bottom of your head with some curls hanging out so that it can be loose and also have your fringe (if you have one) straightend and sweept to the side and any bits that have come out can b curly or curled with an curiling iron

I have really straight hair and a natural part down the middle. How can I style my hair for my daugh

wedding? I had it cut on top to be styled to go back. Help.

I have really straight hair and a natural part down the middle. How can I style my hair for my daughter's?

layer it

I have really straight hair and a natural part down the middle. How can I style my hair for my daughter's?

Why not leave it to the professionals? Go to a salon and they will work their magic on you. The way you describe the cut, I just don't get a good picture in my head....or maybe it's not the way you describe it but the way I see it.

Anyway, you can go to a beauty school where the girls are usually pretty good....slow but good..and cheap. ($32 at the Aveda salon/school where I go)

Or to a regular salon and pay about $50-$100

zig zag your part and flip end of hair out with a large curling iron.

Can someone find a specific picture of Liv Tyler's Hair?

I have seen Liv Tyler's hairstyle at the premiere of Lord of the Rings Return of the King, on television. Its kind of "vintage glam" style. I would like my hair similar for my wedding, but I need a good picture to take to my stylist. I can't seem to find a good shot of her hair. Can anyone help?

Hair disaster.......help?

Elegant dress. I think it should go with a nice up do.

Hair disaster.......help?

cute dress. you could get away with it down since your hair isn't that long. you could also twist it up and have strands framing your face.

Hair disaster.......help?

That dress has kinda a modern, tusselled look to it. I'd consider a kinda wild modern jagged hairstyle as well. Nothing classic. Perhaps kinda a red-carpet bedhead look.

My flower girl had a hair piece for her hair and it looked great. Professional extentions look fine. The problem might be with the blonde highlights. My hair has natural blonde highlights and by summer the end is a LOT blonder than the roots. So in an updo putting the ends piled up on top looks really weird as it doesn't look like the same hair--its sooo many shades off. I got my hair dyed a color half way between the roots and the end pieces so that it wouldn't look so different when it was piled up.

But if your hair is medium length you probably won't need extentions.

Hair disaster.......help?

I think you should have them put part of it up and part down and have it all curly and pretty. Have some face framing curls too. Go to a hairdresser they should have tons of suggestions and books to look at.

Hair disaster.......help?

because your dress is so unique and beautiful do something out of the ordinary. Don't just do an up do, do something that you absolutely love and will look good at ALL angles. If it is windy think of that to, so have sections of hair that frame your face, but that if the wind blows will not be in your face. These pictures will all your remember. Believe me!

Do it weeks before so you know what it will look like and so you know what kind of pictures you want.

Hair disaster.......help?

what about curling or waving your hair and leaving it loose, that's a very romantic look

Hair disaster.......help?

That's a very romantic dress. I think having your hair down with soft ringlets would go really nicely. Maybe even half up half down. It would compliment the flowiness of the dress. I've never had extensions before, but I've seen them done very beautifully. The only problem is, everyone knows how long your hair is, so if you do extensions, people will know it isn't your hair. Now, if you don't care if they know they're extensions, go for it. It might look really beautiful to have longer hair. If you have time before the wedding, just let your hair grow out. Your hair dresser can keep it trimmed and healthy so it doesn't look straggly, but you could always grow it yourself. Here are some ideas of styles you could use:

http://www.brides.com/beauty/hairstyles/...

http://www.brides.com/beauty/hairstyles/...

Even if you don't have time to grow your hair long and decide not to do extensions, you can still pull off these styles with shoulder length hair.

Hair disaster.......help?

first of all beautiful dress by the way!!! i think you should have your hair up...not in a pony tail but a good hairstyle....that is my opinion....i think it would look good...

Hair disaster.......help?

hello

that is one beautiful dress!

my advice is DO NOT et extensions.. they will completly ruin your hair (trust me-i've learned the hard way..they pull at the roots of your hair and give you split ends right near your heard..)

as for the hair stly i would suggest wearing your hair completly up..

you can look on yahoo images and type in bridal hair/rides hair (and so on).. that's how i found my hairstyle for my wedding.

Hair disaster.......help?

What a gorgeous dress! Since it's strapless, it would be good to have curls down a bit on your shoulders - but how about having some from the front and the crown put up - kind of a messy-sexy style - actually it depends on your hairpiece and veil, too.

Cute hair do?

my cousin is getting married and im getting my hair done for the wedding. i dont like up-do's, and plan to wear my hair down, or atleast partially down and curled. i keep searching online for pictures of cute styles that are curly, and down but maybe clipped back in some places or something, but i cant find a single one. i want something gorgeous and classy and pretty, but without a picture, im not sure exactly what that is! any good websites with pictures or ideas? Would you be mad if a family member grew a mullet for your wedding?

im growing one for my sisters 60k wedding in april

a mulletino is the style, since my hair is black

http://www.mulletjunky.com/mullatino.htm

Would you be mad if a family member grew a mullet for your wedding?

I think its brilliant! make sure to put lots of pomade in there to make that puppy shine!

Would you be mad if a family member grew a mullet for your wedding?

I would not be happy, but I would not kick anyone out either. What I would prefer is if my brother waited until after my wedding to grow this style.

Would you be mad if a family member grew a mullet for your wedding?

I would definitely not be happy if you were going to be in the pictures. I would probably try to have the photographer photograph you from angles where it isn't that obvious. And I would think you were a selfish jerk for trying to steal the attention on my wedding day with this ridiculous stunt.

Would you be mad if a family member grew a mullet for your wedding?

yea.... its a formal event not a casual event unless the invitation says so.

Would you be mad if a family member grew a mullet for your wedding?

Not at all. I would think it was hilarious. People take weddings far too seriously. Go the mullett.

Would you be mad if a family member grew a mullet for your wedding?

Hahahahaha..........

Ummmm....I think it depends on how close of a relationship you have with your sister, and her sense of humor. I would probably find it funny, but she spent a lot of money on that wedding, I'm sure pictures included. If you're in the wedding party you might want to rethink it. But if you'll only be in the family pictures, it's not as bad.

Would you be mad if a family member grew a mullet for your wedding?

I would not get mad.

I would sit the relative at the table near the toilets with the half-mad old great aunt who dribbles and screams intermittently.

Unless you are in a mullet kind of family, it is generally not considered a winning look. I would not grow it just for the wedding unless it had some special significance to the bride, groom or general family.

Peace

Would you be mad if a family member grew a mullet for your wedding?

Oh, I would be sooooo pissed. My friends brother shaved his hair into a mohawk and died it purple (her color). She had to go buy him a black hat to wear. She was livid.

Would you be mad if a family member grew a mullet for your wedding?

That would never happen in my family. That's isn't anyone style. I have nothing to worry about. Thankfully, I don't have an relatives that could cause me embarrassment. Everyone is respectable.

Would you be mad if a family member grew a mullet for your wedding?

why are you doing it?

If it is to make her mad then yes it is wrong.

if it is because you like it than it is ok i guess.....but be ready to eather not be invited or have her pissed at you. and always remember pay backs are a ______!

Would you be mad if a family member grew a mullet for your wedding?

Yes I would. People (okay fine, girls) wait a lifetime for that special day. I would find it rude and insensitive for anyone to purposely do something they know I wouldn't like. You can't get that day back. Is this really worth ruining a family relationship over?

Would you be mad if a family member grew a mullet for your wedding?

I wouldn't give a flying fig. I'm not one of these IT'S MY DAY!!! brides.

Would you be mad if a family member grew a mullet for your wedding?

Yes, mullets are weird and outdated. And most I've seen look gross. I wouldn't make them leave, but I'd make them sit in the back or something.

Would you be mad if a family member grew a mullet for your wedding?

It's your hair. I want everyone to be themselves at my wedding and if you are a mullett person then go for it. If you are just doing it to tick off your family member think about it a little more. Good Luck.

Would you be mad if a family member grew a mullet for your wedding?

LOL! This reminds me of the time I was looking through my boyfriend's brother's wedding pictures and saw their grey-haired father who had a mullet at the time. I couldn't help but die laughing and ask their stepmother (who was sitting beside me looking at the pictures as well), "Is that Mr. So-and-So?!? Is that a mullet? HA! HA!".

Of course, his brother and SIL's wedding was in the 90s so mullets were somehow acceptable back then. If someone had a mullet in my wedding pictures, I'd have the pictures photoshopped!

Would you be mad if a family member grew a mullet for your wedding?

Only if it was the groom. But then, I probably wouldn't be marrying him.

Would you be mad if a family member grew a mullet for your wedding?

Actually, I would be very surprised.

Would you be mad if a family member grew a mullet for your wedding?

I was married in my parents back yard when I was 18 I had a baby on each hip, and My wedding reception was home cooked food by all my family, I went barefoot, ans there was lots of beer and country music, We rode off on a four wheeler. and I'm from Texas...Hunny...ALL of my grooms men had mullets!! I wanted a country wedding. I still wore a dress and things were PERFECTly how I wanted them. oh and my wedding..3,000..

Would you be mad if a family member grew a mullet for your wedding?

Probably. But then again just because I'm getting married doesn't mean I have any right to dictate your hairstyle.

You might get one day of satisfaction by having a mullet on wedding day just to irritate me.....but wedding pics are forever and you will be the one stuck looking like a jackass for many years to come.

Would you be mad if a family member grew a mullet for your wedding?

YES, unlessssssss...... we had an 80s theme wedding. Then I'd EXPECT it! Hahahaha.

My gut says DON'T DO IT!

Would you be mad if a family member grew a mullet for your wedding?

sure why not, you are the one who will look like a fool, not me!

Would you be mad if a family member grew a mullet for your wedding?

Please, reconsider doing this. If this is what you seriously want. Wait till after the wedding. After all this is your sister and respect her day. Why would you want to upset her and the family. Unless, you are very selfish?? I know you are not because I see a lot of your answers and you sound very clever and sweet. Yes SWEET!
